Outlook 2016 shutting down and restarting - Microsoft Community


randomly out of blue, outlook 2016 has been shutting down , restarting while working within it.
thoughts why happening? once shuts down, restarts if nothing happened!

starting make me little batty. suggestions?

  • did make changes on pc before issue started?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done on end?
  • have tried running troubleshooter windows apps?
  • have tried performing clean boot start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs?
  • have tried running system file checker tool repair missing or corrupted system files?
  • which windows version using?
  • have tried restarting pc in safe mode networking start windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers?
  • have tried repairing outlook 2016 app? if no, kindly check article.
