Adjusting @mentions feature - Microsoft Community


i began email first typing name followed comma, hitting return. contact other 1 intended entered "@" before it. didn't know there @mentions feature, let alone means, before googled new-to-me outlook behavior.

if want use @mention, i'd prefer have activated when put name after @. can change feature settings commas don't activate it?

we seeing same thing on users accounts, on first line.

anyplace else in body of message, user has type @ before mentions begins start.

can't seem find other mention of other issue. no solution found far.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
