Calendar events invaded colleagues calendars - Microsoft Community

hi everyone,

i use calendar. in our company incoming emails addressed our info address being forwarded 2 other inboxes. use booking platform , tried syncing events calendars of info email. happened events invitations forwarded 2 other inboxes flooding calendar - there several hundreds events. tried deleting events realise need choose whether want send or don't send cancellation. 2 persons receiving event invitations of course not happy because calendars no longer usable because flooded our trips, synced our booking system.

is there such thing batch delete , send cancellation? our colleagues calendar cleared these events after recieve cancellation or there further actions required on side?

many quick reply. monique suggests use shared mailbox avoid calendar events full of colleagues’ calendars. since not use feature, can ignore this.

 

if colleagues configured email mailboxes on outlook client, here steps delete calendar events in colleague’s calendar:

1. open outlook client, go calendar interface.

2. navigate view > change view > select list.

3. in list view, can see events in colleague’s calendar. choose events want delete , right click on selected calendar events, click delete.

4. after that, can change view calendar , check if events deleted.
