changing "from" in new email - Microsoft Community


sending messages outlook (operating browser) different email address in "from" section when writing email. idea?

to change address in owa (outlook web app), can follow steps below:

  1. click ellipsis dots in top list more actions, , choose show from.

  2. highlight address in filed , click backspace delete address.
  3. type in address want use.

 

please note send email address, need granted send permission or add other mailbox connected account.

 

if encounter error message, please provide screenshot of it.
