Contact pictures not showing on business cards in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have been adding photos contacts, show in business card , don't. 

the ones don't show have outlined place cards in business cards photos should be. 

the photos work , don't have same resolution , size, typically 150x150 pixels jpegs.  

i deleted , recreated contacts of picture not works. did not help.

i tried attach lower/higher resolution , larger/smaller pictures. did not work.  seems working @ beginning. after restarting outlook disappear again.

i checked contact -> options -> business card -> (image) layout. not "text only". "image left" i using outlook 2016. saw people posted same problem in  2010. amazes me has not been addressed since then. wonder if microsoft employees use own products. maybe use apple.

  • have made software or hardware changes device prior issue isolate issue.
  • do error message when changing settings? if yes, kindly send screenshot.
  • what type of device using? (ex. laptop or desktop computer)

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
