Dynamics 2013 cannot connect to exchange when using 64 bit - Microsoft Community


our company migrated on o365 , our users using outlook 2016 64 bit.  ever since change our gp dynamics 2013 software not allow them log in exchange when trying email po.  we know has 32 vs 64 bit 1 of our users has outlook 2016 32 bit version , has no issues.  so far thing have found setting "exchange" mail type in system preferences of gp.  however, didn't fix our issue.  just wondering if else has run issue?  right looks have switch using 32 bit outlook.
