How do I explain to Microsoft .........I Don't use the Account - Microsoft Community


i doubt if has solution problem, here goes....... last year purchased office 365 (home)  program, after writing 1 letter, decided  really didn't want it. word perfect lot less complicated. can no doubt tell , not computer guy. should have stayed old xp , upgrade tempting. plus, saying......"out old, in new..............". plus, free upgrade tempting. microsoft sends me messages daily suggesting upgrade  microsoft account. did 3 weeks ago, , informed "updating approval take 24hrs before new info take affect. nevertheless, still keep getting these messages. i've made several attempts @ contacting microsoft, no success. unfortunately, mechanical character has trouble understanding i'm trying accomplish. , microsoft sends me emails asking me 'update" account. can't reply because @ bottom of email--in caps---is wording, "do not reply". hence, frustration.  i have called sales people, calls never returned. i'll billed first 4 months of year, though used office 365 last november or december. 

i appreciate or suggestions. @ wits end! thank you.
