MS Office 365 randomly deletes my contacts - Microsoft Community


i moved contacts corporate office email ms office 365 (windows 10) using outlook client application new personal contact list on year ago.  contacts (the complete entry) have randomly disappeared contact list ever since.  i use desktop version of outlook.

recently 1 disappeared, , looked on outlook.com, , not there either.  

more had 2 contacts 1 husband , 1 wife disappeared (didnt show in contact list, or on searches), looked on outlook.com , still there.  so went add first him contacts , came saying existed said add changes.  after did that, both husband , wife entries showed in contacts.

so, appears random contacts both deleted, , wont appear (in case of husband , wife) in ms office 365.

can this?  if can real problem if disappear since place store contact information.
