Outlook 2007 - Attached (for sent or received emails) Do Not - Microsoft Community


i have multiple pop accounts in outlook 2007.  on of accounts i've noticed lately attachments not show in message bar.  however, if right click on message , choose "view attachments", can see attachments.  messages, show 1 attachment, not all, in message bar.  thus, if there 5 attachments, 1 shows on message bar, other 5 can seen right clicking on message , choosing view attachments.

the happens both incoming , outgoing message , different pop accounts.  in fact, 2 accounts have seen both use different data files inboxes. 

so far, happening html formatted messages (i don't send or receive lot of plain text).

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
