the mind boggling thing question. when microsoft has office 2007 why create new program 2016 nothing headache. when create , leave alone. way beyond frustrated. on 2007 have 1 inbox emails , have have multiple. chronically crashes , won't open. going on? seriously.... insanity @ it's finest! run on here hours on issues 1 day wake or perhaps there viable competitor 1 day , change away ongoing nightmare! know....what options have other try , revive old xp pro machine , hope hardware stays alive long enough start enjoying computing once again.

i using next best thing xp pro in opinion , windows 7 pro. @ office have 8.1 , 10 , won't post comments here!

we understand issues outlook 2016. creating 1 inbox emails, please check below if able perform steps:

     1. sign out account , sign in.

     2. go file.

     3. select account settings.

     4. select each account , click change folder.

with regards crashing issue, please answer following information:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • what last activity when issue happened?
  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?

looking forward response case.
