Outlook for Mac 2016 - I have a big message stuck in Outbox - How do I - Microsoft Community

i having same issue , while able find outbox can't seem delete large file blocking system... can please assist?

i using outlook mac version 15.32 , macos sierra 10.12.3

may confirm if can see email large attachments stuck in outbox after performing steps vanessa mentioned?

 

click outlook menu> work offline

create test email , try send it. should make outbox visible

 

if yes, issue should related stuck email. in situation, please start mac in safe mode , start outlook , perform steps again. see if can delete stuck email time. also, can try drag , drop email draft folder , see if can delete there.

 

if still doesn’t work, i’d collect information investigation:

 

  1. please let know detailed version of current outlook, such 15.32 (170309). this, click outlook > outlook.
  2. when cannot delete email, mean there no delete button when right-click stuck email? or did receive error message? please share screenshots better understanding.
  3. how large stuck email?

 

any updates appreciated.
