i trevor's wife , have been in hospital stroke since dec16. husband read inbound emails me computer locked requiring password (as dont have password windows have assume office365 locked). despite using recorded passwords system refused let me computer. after numerous tries using husbands computer email address received response telling me submit new account verification form despite using chat facility , having matter escalated microsoft global escalation team no further along keep referring me site have visited no avail ie //account.live.com/acsr

the questions need answered how own computer released , day coming office365 due renewed happens computer if dont renew?
