i facing issue in outlook 365 when sending attachment attachment not showing tried  to convert html format convert same issue facing can please support

hi,

if sending attachment larger 25mb, outlook won't send message.

to resolve issue, go outbox, open stuck messages. check messages oldest latest. start oldest first. if message has attachment larger 25mb, delete attachment, try send message again.

let know if need additional assistance.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
