Using Outlook 2011 on iMac email problem - Microsoft Community


outgoing smtp port 587. sending emails; no error message not being received recipients. operating sierra os.

thanks updates.

firstly, i'd outlook mac (14.3.4) isn't newest version. so, may try upgrading via "help"> check updates> install update (outlook mac other apps' updates shown there). 

meanwhile, can try changing outgoing port (smtp) 587 25 , changing encrption method "tls" "ssl" (vice versa) see if works. 

if emails can deliver server side, "sent items" folder leave copy of sent emails. alison meant can check whether emails stored in sent items folder. 

by way, if recipient can't receive message sent outlook mac, generate non-delivery report theoratically. so, i'd confirm if ndr or error message while sent email outlook mac?
