windows live mail vs outlook - Microsoft Community


everytime think having use outlook , rid of windows live mail sick!  i have tried has been recommended import contacts outlook live mail , doesn't work!  i have no contacts.  when transfer them import outlook jumbled , nothing connected else.  i have looked @ csv. file in excel , looks fine when imports outlook totally unusable.  any suggestions?  what doing wrong?
