Microsoft Project 2013 Tracking Gantt Chart View - Microsoft Community


i have been using ms project 2013 2 years, create simple gantt charts , timeline views.

i want use track progress. when set baseline project , go tracking gantt view, blank white screen top ribbon , column identifying different views still visible. have had im department uninstall , re-install project , has not cured problem. have not experienced problem earlier versions of project. have ideas

first of all, project 2013 updated latest cumulative update? if not or you're not sure, run windows update. should 15.0.4885.1000 (december 2016 update).

how new file, tracking gantt show blank? if view works okay new file, main file corrupt. save xml , re-open xml in project. note, lose custom formatting process.

if same blank tracking gantt view shows new file, project global might corrupt. in case find working global , move trash. when re-start project new default global automatically generated. note, lose custom views, filters, etc. process.
