Microsoft Project Will Not Assign - Microsoft Community


i department of healthcare company uses office 365, began using year ago.

today 2 users asked me to get microsoft project pro them. licenses purchased, when went assign them users said couldn't assigned because "sharepoint online (plan 1) conflicts sharepoint online (plan 2)". ideas can done project pro assign should?

project online service requires use of sharepoint online, provisioned part of project online service. may use such sharepoint online service in conjunction permitted use of project online, , purpose of supporting functionality use project online. 

therefore, error message comes out, may because other licenses user has include sharepoint online service. please check if there repeated licenses such office online or sway license. may make sure @ least 1 license each service has been checked can use them fine. 

if not situation, confirm following details? 

1. project license want assign user? 
2. share screenshot licenses user when clicking active users > select user > product licenses?
