MYOB not emailing invoices with latest update. - Microsoft Community


hi there.

i have windows 10 , run office 365.  since latest update can't email invoices myob accounts program, comes error message "the attachment file created there error writing it" , next message comes "an error occurred sending email".

the frustrating thing send 1 invoice won't send another, have shut down myob send invoice in other words won't send more 1 in row.

i have been in touch microsoft morning on chat service , remotely connected computer take restore point before update.  unfortunately system restore did not work nothing changed.

has got ideas? thank-you!

the error may due corrupted system files. suggest running check disk (chkdsk) utility repair system files. 

you can follow these steps run check disk utility:

  • press windows key + x.
  • click on command prompt (admin).
  • type chkdsk /r press enter.

important: while performing chkdsk on hard drive, if bad sectors found on hard drive when chkdsk tries repair sector, data available on might lost.

please note when making significant changes or troubleshooting computer, recommend files avoid data loss.
