issue keeping e-mails marked unread on computer outlook  - have e-mails come on cell phone , has changed (without knowingly doing so) whereby e-mail downloads (but not viewed) on cell phone access automatically switches to being read on computer account. want e-mails remain unread (i.e. bolded) until viewed on computer outlook
