Outlook in use on a MAC Book - Microsoft Community


i writing question on behalf of friend of mine.

 

she has bought ms office mac , have installed on her mac book , iphone has bought in december 2016. wants ms office can combine outlook uses @ work.

 

everything seemed function until accepted invitations meetings on iphone. minute did that, outlook account blocked. managed have unlocked again… however, accepting invitations meetings not function well. neither on iphone (that shuts down outlook account) nor on mac book.

 

is there in settings have overlooked?

troubleshoot issue, provide following information?

1. regarding “her outlook account blocked. managed have unlocked again”, did refer to, can upload screenshots issue?
2. by saying “accepting invitations meetings not function well”, mean “accept” button greyed out or nothing happen when clicks “accept”?
3. can view meeting items in calendar list?
4. does owa (outlook web app) work fine?
5. do others in organization have same issue?
6. the detailed version of owa , outlook client.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
