Shared Mailbox - Microsoft Community


hello,

i need create shared calendar group of 6 people.  not want group /overlay individual calendars 1 calendar want invite calendar appointments appointments viewable other members of team in central calendar.

this calendar needs viewable on mobile devices well.

i've created shared mailbox , has access calendar have accept appointments sent calendar, not available on mobile devices.

is there way on office 365? i briefly explored resource mailboxes don't think looking for.

any appreciated.

i worked out reason couldn't continue suggestion due the calendar view.

i changed , able view shared mailbox calendar.

thank help.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
