Absent images replaced by a large X in power point - Microsoft Community


  new pp presentation images absent large x when reopen presentation next day.  i have new 27" imac  with plenty of memory. think related little or image resolution?

meanwhile, please provide following information our troubleshooting:

1. issue happen specific powerpoint file or powerpoint files?

2. regarding "with new pp presentation images absent large x when reopen presentation next day.", please provide screenshot describe symptom.

3. besides large x, there error message? please capture screenshot of error message if there any.

4. detailed steps how put images in presentation.

5. format of images.

6. detailed information of office version. (powerpoint>about powerpoint)
