Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i'm using outlook 2016 through office 365 account windows 10. takes ages outlook start telling me it's processing when start every time want switch e mail folders, access contacts, or view calendar whole system seems lock up. gives me message saying outlook trying access information on microsoft exchange server office 365. after while screen returns outlook page , e mails in folder trying access appear. i've removed e mail accounts , re installed  them problem persists, removed e mail accounts , reinstalled office through on line repair system reinstalled e mail accounts. still problem persists.  up until earlier week (march 8th 2017) i've never had problem it. i'm stuck ideas.  nick g

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
