Outlook performance slow in office 365 - Microsoft Community


hi all,

  today having lots of users complain outlook performance degraded - getting "outlook retrieving information server" messages. else getting or have pointers troubleshoot? running mail via office 365. on local system latest windows updates applied (we run office 2016) - have looked through kb2441551 has not helped @ all.

service health dashboard has indicated issue ex92050 has been resolved of: tuesday, january 31, 2017 01:34:03 pm utc. if still experiencing issue, please let know may indicate either scoping issue or independent problem.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
