can please advise if can add kiosk licensed email smartphone on app comes mobile (android).

the kiosk plan supports eas connections mobile phones.

this recommended on pop3 (i don't know why barry xie msft recommends use pop3 instead).

most smartphones provide built-in support office 365 if need configure manually, use outlook.office365.com server name.

note using outlook mobile app not supported due licensing. use outlook mobile app, need use office 365 license includes outlook desktop.
