Office 365 Office Mac Contact Import - Microsoft Community


1.  imported olm file outlook on mac successfully

2.  in contacts, created folder called "on computer" imported contacts vs. in company contact folder. if select of contact options fine.  however, iphone not picking contacts in "on computer" contacts.  

3.  tried going office 365 online , upload olm file.  too large , wants me break cvs file, olm file, , on 5mb.  its 7.5mb. exporting on macs allow creation of olm files.  

two questions:

1.  how import files company contact file vs. "on computer".

or 

2.  how break olm file 5mb

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
