open new message window and reading inbox messages - Microsoft Community


have windows 7 , outlook 2010.  been working fine until tonight. cannot new message button ...or control n pull full sized new window.  also cannot open inbox messages.  actually both open, in minimized size , not enlarge can use or read them.  the thing dropped mouse , bumped table don't know mouse may have been pointing when may have been clicked.  i can open , read "read receipt" message (incoming) no others.  same condition happens in e-mail accounts , folders.  d....2/24/17
