my email service requires regular password changes ad did via web portal.

now whenever load ms outlook 2013 on windows 10 crashes informing me error has occurred. doesn't prompt new credentials - doesn't manage open!

repair office via programs & features, select ms office>change>repair........a repair progress window opens
