Outlook 2016 - The body of the message has been changed issue - Microsoft Community


as of few weeks ago many of our users started complaining following popup in outlook. 

i started experiencing pain. 

i can replicate issue @ time, happens random emails, internal , external. have confirmed experience same regardless whether outlook open regularly or in safe mode (outlook.exe /safe).

we using office 365 accounts, exchange online, , outlook version 1706 (build 8229.2045 click-to-run) in windows 10 enterprise (10.0.15063)

the active add-ins are; think if add-in causing issue, outlook.exe /safe runs without add-ins , yet same issue). 

any ideas me try folks? thank you... 

since mentioned performed every possible troubleshooting steps , still not working, best in touch office 365 business support can assist you. have complete resources , tools specific office program , type of issue.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
