Outlook 2016 calendar iCloud error "MAPI was unable to - Microsoft Community


microsoft outlook 2016 running under windows 10 gives me error when attempting open icloud calendar:

the set of folders cannot opened. unexpected error has occurred.
mapi unable load information service c:\program files (x86)common files\apple\internet services\aplzod.dll. sure service correctly installed , configured.

 it's real problem because iphone , ipad calendars blank (missing appointments). suggestions?

hi,

the error message you've encountered appears if icloud fails load in outlook 2016 when accessing calendar, contacts, or tasks. loading of unregistered mapi services has been disabled default make outlook more secure. resolve concern, recommend uninstall , reinstall icloud in outlook 2016 application. please refer on link further information.
