Outlook 2016 within Office 365 - Microsoft Community


is there way of having all new emails many folders display in inbox?

i have many, many folders in copy of outlook, new emails displaying in inbox, quite few appear in own folder , not in inbox.

is there way of making sure new emails appear in inbox , in own folder too?

i may missing somewhere, don't know or where.

help... please.

if create rule functions on receiving mail, if had set option move particular folder moved, no copy exist in inbox

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
