Outlook crashes when accessing shared Calendar when the owner is - Microsoft Community


have user having problems when accesses calendar whom delegate. seems happen when owner of calendar offline. i'm not sure how issue. she's had various problems before outlook. i've recreated profile numerous times , have done clean install of outlook/microsoft office pro 2016 , have tried on different laptop.

user delegate of 3 user calendars. accepts meeting requests , sends out meeting requests. of include 3 calendars resulting in 3 invites going out @ once. when user offline/out of office becomes problem , outlook crashes. has had problems syncing in past when 1 of users out of office.  she has other problems outlook such "this operation failed" when sending emails or doing (happens randomly) outlook trying retrive data microsoft exchange server (very often), random crashes , restarts, accepting invites can result in "the attempted operation fails. object not found" (random).
