Outlook for Mac disconnect. - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have customer use office 365 small business on mac, or 2 macs. 1 of has problem.

after mac restarted, or has been in sleep-state asked reenter username , password, , not work. can not connect exchange online. if delete account outlook mac, , add new profile, works. until next restart.

the mac har been upgraded latest safari, outlook downloaded , installed scratch. 

a hint settings is inherited previous user of mac. settings preserved , used after new install of office. not experencied mac. delete absolutely files used bu outlook on mac, look?

try opening keychain access app that’s in /applications/utilities.
in there, search entries term adal , delete them
all. after outlook should able recreate entries
and save passwords again.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
