Seeing Saved Contacts Not Stored in Address Book - Microsoft Community


in addition contacts enter address book, outlook saves email addresses people who've sent me email. how can see complete list of email addresses outlook has saved in way?

i have discovered list of e-mail addresses called 'auto-complete list' , consists of email addresses of people have sent messages to, not received messages from. auto-complete list includes email addresses not contacts in address book.

it's easy see , save these email addresses, or add selected addresses address book. instructions vary depending on version of outlook using. (there many!) run web search for: outlook x see contents of auto-complete list, x version of outlook.

hover mouse on received mail address, click drop down, add contacts.

ps address book not separate file/folder, filtered view of contacts have electronic address
