hi all,

when selecting files , right clicking sent to, mail recipient file attached new email below 

subject  box: emailing:name of file here (which keep)

then body of email:

your message ready sent following file or link

attachments:

 

file name here.

 

 

note: protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving types of file attachments.  check e-mail security settings determine how attachments handled.

i have email signatures in place new emails/replies (actually same signature) normal signature appear , above not appear. how can rid of it?

to have better view on concern, may know following:

  • is first time encountered concern?
  • any changes made in outlook 2016 prior concern?
  • which version of windows using?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
