User profile corrupted? Problems with images in Outlook, - Microsoft Community


i have problems when work images, screenshots took in windows 10.

symptom 1:

i copy screenshot mindmanager mindmap.

i try export mindmap word document.

as export tries export picture, process crashes.

when exclude images beeing excluded export export finishes.

when log different user account on same machine export image works.

symptom 2:

when copy screenshot e-mail create outlook, image not shown @ all, though there.

if try enter additional text, nothing shown, though text there when send message.

sometimes whole process (copying images mail) makes outlook become stuck , crash.

sometimes able solve problem resizing mail.

sometimes have close outlook, because has become sluggish , irresponsive.

please on how fix problems.

have tried running windows store , app troubleshooter resolve said issue?

if issue persist after doing so, further check our answer desk regarding microsoft account confirm first, before proceed doing changes directly through registry editor.

keep eye out update on this.
