Windows 10 and Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have issue attempting add profile outlook 2016 on windows 10 system. however, when adding new profile sets new profile primary profile account information , not allow change information.

even if add different account outlook 2016 defaults primary account information regardless of profile use.

i have been unable find information on behavior.  in addition same setup working on windows 7 system running outlook 2013.

there not seem method setup profile allows me separate 2 profiles. though can setup profiles accounts setup in mail control panel appear accessible whichever profile being used , primary account primary regardless of account set default.
