Windows Application Error 0xc0000022 on Outlook 2016 desktop - Microsoft Community


when trying print pdf attachment outlook 2016 home & business desktop error occurs  ""the application unable start correctly (0xc0000022) - click ok close application. error has occurred since installing latest windows 10 update , have reinstalled adobe , outlook still not working. please can assist me on fixing error.

method 1: run dism

the dism may fix windows corruption errors. so, follow these steps:

  1. right-click the start menu and select command prompt (admin).
  2. run command: dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  3. if operation completed successfully, close command prompt , check if issue has been fixed.

 

method 2: run system file checker

system file checker utility in windows allows users scan corruptions in windows system files , restore corrupted files. so, follow these steps:

  1. right-click the start menu and select command prompt (admin).
  2. run command: sfc /scannow
  3. this may take several minutes finish. if command prompt shows verification 100% complete, close command prompt , check if issue has been fixed.
