is possible set outlook automatically convert selected emails pdf , save in specified locations. pdf file must updated automatically when new email added email feed, example, when replies it. if not feature available on outlook, there third party program can achieve this. aware of automatic archive function, not robust enough.

no, it's not feasible convert selected emails pdf , save in specified locations automatically. workaround, can convert emails pdf files via microsoft print pdf feature manually. steps follows:

  1. open message want save, , on file tab, click print.
  2. from printer drop-down, choose microsoft print pdf.
  3. under settings, choose memo style.
  4. choose print, in the save print output as box, choose folder pdf , enter file name. choose save.

note: feature used in windows 10.

 

if don't have windows 10, can save email message html link, open file in word,, , use save feature in word save pdf file. detailed information, please see: save pdf in other versions of windows.
