Cant receive or send emails - Microsoft Community


outlook 2016 mac.

was working fine. 

now authenticationfailed message

mac mail on same machine working normally. receives mail outside including gmail account.

i've tried setting new profile

any suggestions?

if not, can click “picture” button upload screenshot instead of pasting directly.

if yes, given mac mail works fine, message means security settings may incorrect.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
