I can't assess my hotmail account- message-site can't provide - Microsoft Community


hi,

i can't access hotmail account. message saying:

 "this site can’t provide secure connection  outlook.live.com didn’t accept login certificate, or 1 may not have been provided. try contacting system admin. err_bad_ssl_client_auth_cert"

does have suggestions?

how trying access mailbox? using version of office outlook (if so, version?) or using web browser connect to http://outlook.live.com/?
