Microsoft Outlook 2016 sends the same email multiple times - Microsoft Community


how stop this? 

a couple clients , colleague of mine have informed (more complained me) of emails them have been sending them multiple times (of same email). doesn't happen other colleagues (with same @... email address). i'm assuming it's version of outlook (others user older versions or webmail). 

what can stop happening?

p.s. doesn't happen of emails though. ones.

 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
