Missing Outlook Emails - Microsoft Community


i have been through on , on , over. not first time had problems emails disappearing. deliberately have been backing folders , files other archive folders. deliberately changed retention tags , policies system never touch folders or emails.

yet, went email 2016 today , couldn't find it. went users system cc'd , couldn't find it. looked on webmail, couldn't find it. looked on pad, couldn't find it.

the weird thing emails i'm looking not old , yet can find emails 2014, 2015 , 2016 not specific thread.

i don't care microsoft says, missing emails mistake on end. if going spew out "we aren't responsible missing data" crap i'm taking entire company , waving bye ms products good. i'm sick of crap.

for better assistance, we'd ask following:

  • are using corporate domain?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried resolve missing e-mails in outlook?
  • did subscribe office 365 home or business? if not, can provide bundle subscribed?
