MS Office Outlook - Microsoft Community


upon opening outlook 2013 consistently message in bottom right hand corner of outlook says "trying connect".   try go offline , online menu in outlook , connect microsoft server once in while.  have shut computer down , restart able access outlook , review emails.   hope makes sense.  have had problem going on 7 months.  help ,
