since office 635 update, outlook doesn't update of email accounts. important email address doesn't update. help!

(the emails coming iphone using different service)

for better assistance, we'd ask following:

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried resolve issue?
  • what's domain of e-mail account?
  • how access e-mail?is through web or application?
  • are getting error message when trying update e-mails? if yes, we'd request screenshot.

meanwhile, suggest running recovery assistant office 365 on link. recommend downloading , running troubleshooter provided.
