Outlook problem email sent with excel attachment are not being - Microsoft Community


please can advise, use outlook on windows 10, emails sending excel attachments not being received recipients.  have called several clients none of them have receive email excel attachment.  please can advise.

if email not in plain text format, might problem occurred during installation. uninstalling reinstalling done avoid hassle of doing so, suggest utilizing windows app troubleshooter fix issue. said troubleshooter automatically detects possible issue apps attempts fix during process well.

feel free give updates on result.
