reactivate powerpoint - Microsoft Community


i have had all microsoft documents 2-3 years now. tried using powerpoint , says have reactivate it. when sign in microsoft account , password, says that it not associated microsoft email used sign microsoft.  how fix problem?

monthly billing notice microsoft. use address on notice arrives.
