Unable to connect on Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Community


hi

i've been unable connect outlook on macbook past week using outlook app thats downloaded. have tried re-entering password (which know correct enables me log-in via web browser). ideas? i've been using app past 12 months without issue on machine , i'm not aware i've charged settings.

any appreciated - :-)

a moderator moved question forum because appears using microsoft outlook application microsoft office on mac connect outlook.com.

if case, please go outlook menu , choose outlook, reply version number have. if isn't @ least 15.29.1, follow these instructions update, test again after updating.

install mac os x updates first:

to mac os updates, go app store on dock, , click updates button reveal available updates.

 

then install office updates

to update:

1. open office application:

3. make sure mac has working internet connection

4. go menu , choose check updates

5. let autoupdate check , install updates

6. restart mac
