Why do I have "Archive" folder in Outlook 2016? - Microsoft Community


hello-

i noticed of sudden "archive" folder has appeared above inbox folder in outlook 2016. looks it's showing in outlook online well.

we not archive here , don't recall creating folder. know see "archive" tool bar button don't utilize this.

i've tried remove/delete "archive" folder no go away. not have items within folder.

can explain whether or not there way remove folder , purpose of don't think used see tool bar button in past office 2013. i'm email administrator here, more curious whether users have folder , whether can (or should) remove folder?
