general description: contacts deleted devices when trying sync contacts htc m8 using default phone app.

topology:

1. windows 10 pc (work) outlook 2016 full patched, using exchange hotmail account sync emails, contacts, calendar, tasks.

2.  windows 10 pc (home) outlook 2016 full patched, using exchange hotmail account sync emails, contacts, calendar, tasks.

3. htc m8 using native sync app sync emails, contacts, calendar, tasks (previously used outlook android there limitation creating contact phone) .

the question: there way monitor sync process debug mode outlook point of view or kind of detailed logs?

there both outlook , owa android in play store.

i have had no limitations in creating contact in phone (have 2 ex accounts)
